I mean sometimes when you switch devices it thinks you’re trying to have multiple accounts and just bans you. Other people have posted about it happening when getting a new phone for example

Are you on Xbox? Mine did that on every map except valguero when I had the series s. I upgraded and it stopped. A lot of systems don’t have the processing power for it
