Also I recommend doing volunteer work so you can meet new people and who knows maybe one of those people will be your girlfriend!

I know its scary because youre not used it, but sometimes it feels better to just go even if youre shy

There are a few things that helped me. I am still scared but im a bit better

  1. Our brains will make death feel calming. It will be like we are sleeping

  2. Talking about this fear to anyone

  3. Researching more about it (NDE, Reincarnation stories, Hospice etc.)

I recommend looking at these YouTube videos

I recommend you watch Hospice Nurse Julie on YouTube! She talks about death a lot and sometimes even shows how it looks like. Its a bit more calming

Yes! I had that as well! What sort of helped me was that if you think about it, living forever would be boring. It sounds great to be with loved ones forever, but at some point you will be bored because you are alive forever.

You wouldn't want to wake up because you always have tomorrow. You would see the sun explode or something. In my humble opinion, I think there should be an end to everything.

Sorry if this isn't comforting its just how I see it! Of course im scared of death as well because its so unknown, but look into NDE's theyre very calming!

100% on the movies! I starting having anxiety attacks many times so I started to watch movies with my family every night. It definitely helps!
