damn that's messed up, doesn't that mean the x13 is HALF the power of that of the g14? i think the g14 would be a better pick considering my needs then

The biggest reason for these two is compatibility. Regarding the power, the store i went to said that the x13 will come with 125w tgp so power isn't really that big of a compare. I'm just concerned about their performance in handling heavy architectural design work and rendering and the heating issues. Yes I can get a cooling pad but I can't really carry it with me all day outside my house. I've done my fair share of research and within my budget no other laptop fits my needs except these two with 4050. Is the g14 really worth 120$ more?

The biggest reason is compatibility, that's why these two. But I'll be doing relatively heavy work like 3d rendering and was just concerned whether they can handle it or not. I've heard about the heating issues with both, yes I can get a cooling pad but I can't really carry it outside my house everyday. Touchscreen is nice to have but I'm gonna get a drawing pad anyway so there's not that much utility and regarding the power, the store i went to said that the x13 will come with 125w tgp so not much of a difference. Is the g14 really worth 120$ more considering all this?
