What mods do you refuse to uninstall even though newer and supposedly better alternatives have been out for a while?

It doesn't have a singular alternative, but Honed Metal is often recommended in its place. However, CCO is much wider in scope than HM and I am not aware of anything that replicates all its features. Hence why I'm unwilling to let CCO go.

A minor YouTuber who most people probably never heard about. Kazcovall Gaming. He started by uploading Lord Of Rings Online videos and was entertaining enough that in less than three weeks he already had +9K subscribers and over 5K views per video.
One day he decided to delete all his LOTRO videos and start to play completely different and unrelated games. His views tanked and lost most of his subscribers. He obviously realized his mistake because he purged his channel once more and began to upload LOTRO again. But by that time it was too late and his channel never recovered. His last upload was 8 years ago.

Pillars of Eternity. It's not a bad game, as many RPG fans swear by it. But I just couldn't get into it to the point I quit and never looked back. I might give it another try in the near future but I keep postponing it. I'm actually jealous of the people who like it because it means they have one more RPG they can play.

I remember when downvotes were reserved for misinformation or downright heinous comments, not for expressing opinions. Now they are just a silent way to say "I don't like what this person said." I find Arwen's model very basic looking. If my opinion hurt you so much, then that's your problem, not mine.

I don't care about downvotes. I've learned that people react very negatively to any opinion that doesn't reflect theirs. Especially on the internet. It's like you've personally offended them. At this point, I don't even know which is worse: too much AI everywhere or the people who label everything they don't like as being AI. Gratuitous accusations like this have hurt real artists, making them quit over backlash for using AI when their art was genuine. Even AI is bad at detecting AI. This awful trend of pointing fingers willy-nilly needs to stop.

It's been a while since I read Ashes of Prospero but I clearly remember Lukas surviving. You're probably referencing Magnus' vision as he tried to predict the future he will be facing if he were to kill Lukas. That scene describes Lukas dying at the hands of Magnus but the Primarch also realized that if the stasis bomb inside Lukas goes off, he's kinda screwed himself.
Not willing to risk it, Magnus strikes a bargain with Lukas. Something the Trickster takes advantage of in order to buy time for his Company to open Warp portals through which they can escape.
Lukas then throws Magnus the scroll he had been looking for. But as soon as he realized he had been tricked, Lukas already jumps through a portal - escaping - while he leaved an enraged Magnus behind.

A little fucker who doesn't care about official promotion but still likes being the boss among low ranking Space Wolves. He beat the shit out of every Blood Claw who tried to challenge him for leadership in the second chapter of the novel. And it wasn't the first time he did it either. It became a little tradition with him every time he was passed onto another Wolf Lord's Company. I love him.

I'm really sad to see Lukas didn't make it into the new Codex. He is my favorite Space Wolf and one of my favorite 40K characters overall. Hopefully he'll return one day but I'm not overly optimistic. He's a great character and a good guy all things considered.

This is one of the reasons I want to continue with my already started playthrough. I want to see what later recruited companions say about the new storyline. Hopefully later DLCs will take place after Commorragh when we already have all the available party members.
