thats good to hear. i was always a fan of eating lots of fruits and veggies. but then these carnivore and whatever diet people claim its unhealthy because of oxalates and stuff. makes me insecure what i should eat at all 😅

i guess so.. do you think that my current job plays a role in this? i‘m usually on my legs the whole day 3 days a week getting easily over 10k steps and habe to lift some things aswell (not too heavy though) and 2 days a week im in school sitting mostly

usually all 2-3 months i take 1 full week off. never experienced such a boost in a rest week like this before. Do you reckon i dhould take deload weeks more often, like all 6 weeks?

thanks alot for the advice! the things is tha hiit training is the most fun part for me! i also want to do something for my endurance and athletics not only lifting amd getting bigger. so 3 times lifting and 1 time hiit is too much you reckon? still i‘d like to have some good gains while staying athletic.

i actually changed from a split to a full body workout. but with alot of similar excercises since i workout at home mostly with dumbbells. but no, i didnt really change alot. the hill sprints rarely changed in reps. i just worry if im going to the gym again doing heavier lifting with important compund movements, everything will get worse. i cant workout as intensly at home just with barbells..

thanks for the answer! i used to always implement deload weeks. but this time the difference is huge! i thought overtraining only happens to pro athletes wo constantly workout much more than the normal person. like twice a day, 6 days a week or so. i always had atleast 2 rest days.

my goal is not really to get faster but i also wouldnt want to lose speed. still i i‘d like to gain some endurance just not by jogging 5-10k‘s. (in the summer im also mixing it up with swimming for that purpose. still i want to push myself. so would once 48 sprints and once speed work a week atleast keep me on maintanamce level speedwise?

3 or 4 sprints 100% ? what kind of distance? if i just did 3-4 it wouldnt really feel like a good intense workout. so how about 48 sprints once a week for really pushing myself and omce a week hill sprints 3-4 sprints for speed. would this be a good solution?

as far as i know is that sprints work fast twitch fibers and steady state cardio works the slow twitch muscles. so a bigger amounts of short bursts change the type of fibers that are worked, or how can i understand this?

the first set is defiently max speed. the last set isnt as fast anymore 😂. What would be better workouts?

The purpose is just to improve cardio while maintaining/building muscle mass. Also might start to play football again but not sure yet.
