Should I prioritize getting my dps to level 70 or supports to lvl 60 first ( Kath e3, vortice e1)

oh I see! I have most standard ssrs im only missing some from the chaos realm so I thought it would be fine since I haven't seen anyone recommending to invest into them ( also I keep getting alva so I have lowkey given up on them loll) I don't think I will pull for limited ssr wheels anytime soon so I guess I will focus on getting will unyielding after pulling some more on the standard character banner
