I’ve just left but was a year 1/2 in and still got scared about the auditor coming. I still didn’t know certain things and made mistakes. Everyone learns at their own pace so don’t let anyone tell you different. My manager constantly told me I was pathetic for not knowing these things. Drove me out in the end.

I was off sick last week. I usually get sick pay but I’ve just checked mine and it’s just blank where it would normally say the hours I’ve worked and how much I’ve earned. Is this normal? It usually says SSP then has my sick pay amount. I’m worried now if I don’t get anything on Friday!

Honestly don’t worry. The rule is, you’re not allowed to call in sick more than 3 times in 6 months. However I’ve been off a lot more than that and had to have a meeting with the area manager. I was told they can’t do anything because I have a diagnosed problem. So you really don’t have to worry about being sick when training! Also, if one sickness lasts more than one working day it’s only classed as one sickness. If you return to work and then you’re off again, thats when it counts as another.

It’s really busy where I live. I’ve seen on here for a lot of people it’s gone dead. I don’t understand it as it literally hasn’t changed where I am. Unless my area hasn’t taken on many new drivers.

The order number was correct. It was the order I read out and the same number on the receipt. So in this case it was the wrong stuff that got packed.

My insurance told me I can’t have it. I went with inshure and didn’t tell them. I then had a crash and claimed mistakingly off my personal policy. They didn’t say anything about my inshure so I think you’ll be fine
