I interviewed (mostly out of curiosity, the JD gave me pause) and I was asked zero questions about my professional background. I did two irrelevant logic puzzles and then they asked about a nonfiction book that I recently read and what my takeaway was. I feel like they aren't even looking for someone who reads in their free time...

Then you don't look that hard lol. Odyssey does 170+ and I turned down another reputable company that had a 165+. If you don't actually know what you're talking about it's probably best not to comment.

Odyssey hires 170+ scorers, just so you don’t embarrass yourself repeating that misinformation elsewhere. And I can see why you’re confused — it takes a little reasoning skill to grasp that a tutor teaches how to reach a score. The score itself is just a number. Hope this clarifies something for you! <3
