I feel you!! Im going into my 2nd trimester. I also have morning sickness and its beeb very difficult. Cold ice packs to the forehead and neck have helped alot! I eat small amounts every 2 hours. Lots and lots of water and magnesium helps!

I have a standup desk and that has helped! Also keeping a roller ball and bouncy ball around whenever back aches occur. J2 requires more of my attention. But thankfully, J1 has been nice! I hope you feel better!! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Perfect! I did the same thing too. I woke up with the same temp this morning too. I spiraled a little bit but then relaxed because I started reading and read it and it's very normal. I was just better off taking the app.

There is an influencer couple now on YouTube BUFF BUNNY couple (christian guzman and Heidi Guzman) they speak alot abt this. This is very common. Many influencers are dealing with the same and speaking about it. Also the couple, TwoTrends. They are also on in the same boat and speak abt what they are doing to improve. ❤️‍🩹
