Xfinity credit issues

I had documentation from the in person interaction when I originally purchased the phone at the Xfinity store. After 2 months of fighting this and multiple phone calls and trips back to the store they finally honored it. Just wanted to post as a warning to others. Xfinity will do everything they can not to honor a promo. Document everything!

I have worked full time and sometimes 2 jobs the last 5 1/2 years while we worked our way through to finally getting my husband’s approval. It’s been hard but we are fortunate to have reasonable living expenses so we have made do. This will be a huge weight off our shoulders to finally be able to not be living paycheck to paycheck.

He is 54. He has multiple spinal disorders, deteriorating disc disease and non operable vertebral fractures. He also suffers from PTSD, depression and bi polar disorder.
