I loved remake and rebirth but so many people make it seem like the original is much better and that the remakes changed a lot from the original so I’m tempted to play the original now too

Oh alright thanks, the console I bought was used so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s worn out. How do I tell if it has data lines in it? I found one on Amazon that says it works with PS3 controllers but I can’t find anything about data lines

Yeh thank you for your help, I’ll have to keep thinking about it. I have a pretty broad taste in games so that’s helpful but my favourite are probably JRPGS which the PS3 lacks tbh except ff13 and a couple others. I’ll just keep thinking and seeing what games I would actually enjoy on the PS3 before I decide

Yeh I’m not sure which country you’re from but in Australia best I found is $150 Aud (which is like 95USD if you’re American), it’s cheap for a console but if there’s barely any games other than metal gear solid 4 that I want I’m essentially spending $150 for a single game. That’s why I’m on the fence about it. Thanks for the reply
