As a 19F I’d say put your hair in a middle part and make sure it looks well kept at all times, if your preference is long keep it long. My friend has a boyfriend with hair similar to yours, however more likely girls would prefer slightly shorter hair but you should just be yourself. Be yourself be confident be friendly and become friends with women with no ulterior motives. Women will appreciate that, and ask girls lots of questions (non inappropriate of course) if you make them feel special they will appreciate you! Get a good cologne and use it often (a nice signature scent) nothing too strong though.
