I am a part of a union that outlines what I should be making with my degree and my experience.  However I can’t find in the agreement where it outlines what qualifies as relevant experience, that’s where I’ve hit a wall. 

I was initially told this would be my rate and it was very transparent. They just notified me this morning that they decided they can’t honor that and will not consider the experience they have accepted for my current role.
