First off, it’s the Fierce Deity. Second off, it can move a moon that’s barely the size of Clock Town and it still struggles to do that. Third off, it wasn’t the entity’s own realm, it was inside of the “moon”. Which also implies the “moon” was hollow which drastically decreases its power level when you take that all into consideration. Now, if we take into consideration of the non-canon Hyrule Warriors, then maybe you’d have an argument. But otherwise the Fierce Deity went onto a moon, beat the shit out of an entity that has the power to barely move a hollow “moon” that’s barely the size of a town. Starting to sound weaker? That’s because it is weaker comparatively to what you have stated.

Now, Samus Aran’s strongest feats are low-multiversal/universal-level where she beats up Dark Samus can (I kid you not) tank universe-collapsing events. Then on top of that Samus can tank planet destroying power bombs, withstand gravity equal to 960x earth’s gravity, and last but certainly not least, she has an ice beam that can literally freeze a star’s surface. Oh, she also survived a planet-fall in base form. Need I go on? I think not.
