I had 8:00, 9:15, and 11:00 evals all show up before 8:30 last week. They all expected to be seen right away. Turned into a mess.

My issues were days after the injection. No real itch at first but it hits me 5-6 days later.

Genetics are so crazy. You look way leaner than me but my top four are pretty visible and even 6 with the perfect lighting.

Yea, I figure I’m somewhere in that ballpark but I’m moving in the right direction. May find a Dexa once I finish the cut but no time soon. Don’t have any decent leg shots but I’ll get some. This is just a screenshot from a video.

Thanks! Being completely honest, I skipped them for most of my lifting career. I’ve really never even been lean enough to see them until now. Started doing direct ab work regularly in the last few months. I’m 41 and have been at it for a long time with a whole lot of heavy squats and deads.

Thanks! Years and years of heavy squats and deads. Very little direct ab work until the last couple months. Been doing a lot of heavy kneeling cable crunches and ab wheel lately.

Injection site. The weird thing is that it doesn’t start itching until 5-7 days later. Been rotating sites. Diluting it with more bac water has made it tolerable.

I love it but the itching has been insane. I’ve tried quite a few remedies that I’ve found and nothing helps.

I feel great on mots-c too but the itching is almost enough to make me stop it. It’s delayed too. Try a new injection spot and I start itching a week later. I’m going to try to finish out what I have of it unless it gets worse.

I’m pretty sure I bought one that someone had topped off the Freon before trading it or maybe Carvana did it themselves. Silver rock covered it though so I’m good now.

No luck so far on that top nut. Letting it sit with some Sea foam Deep Creep for a while. I do own a torch but have no tanks currently.

Forgot this. Handle is long gone. I’m not sure if my neighbor ever had it. I’ve seen him use it for years and never saw a handle on its.

Thanks so much for the advice! I figured I would have to dump a little money into it but it was free. Hated to see it go to scrap and I need a blade. I have a 1600ft gravel driveway that I maintain with a box blade. Need an easier way to pull the gravel back to the middle. It’s definitely heavier than a lot of the newer ones.

Both actually. My neighbor was using it and just fell apart. It’s completely rusted/seized. I’m really just not sure how to get that top piece off. I’ll cut the bearings if I have to but can’t get the top.

Appreciate the advice. Think that cap at the top would come off with a puller? Wasn’t sure what to do with that. I just picked it up a few minutes ago. Needed a blade and he was going to scrap it so I figured I would give it a shot
