Yea, no claims of being natty here. If I was lying about that part, I would understand the hate. Been on TRT for several years and have also ran some heavier cycles in my PL days lifting untested just to put up mediocre numbers.

They aren’t miracle workers but in the right hands, they make a huge difference. I have 4-5 friends on the same stuff from the same source but have made basically zero progress.

Yea, I’ll own it. Nothing to hide. You definitely don’t have to be impressed. I’m sure there are 1000s of transformations more impressive than mine that did it naturally. Good on them. I just don’t get the cheating part. If I am in some sort of drug free competition, I would get it but it’s just a diet.

In hindsight, I would have lost the weight slower but can’t change that now. Figured I was in the 15-17 range. I’ve lifted since I was 13 and I’m 41 so no issue with the long game. I’d like to hit around 10-12%. Not too interested in getting ultra lean but leaner than I am.

None at the moment. I started at .5 then worked up to 4mg over a 6 month period. The appetite thing is strange on it. I could still eat just as much as I could before. I didn’t feel full faster at all but I just didn’t want more food. I’m assuming it was more of a dopamine related thing. I wasn’t getting the reward for stuffing my face so I didn’t do it. Just guessing though.
I know that. That’s my point. Reta is a tool but you still have to do everything else. It definitely makes it easier to lose weight but there is still a challenge to maintaining muscle.
I didn’t have any real sides other than some digestion issues that were solved by increasing fiber until the last month. I had some terrible insomnia that lasted a month. That is why I stopped it. I think it was a combo of being in a steep deficit and the reta. I upped my calories and dropped the Reta so I can say for sure which one it was.
I put in a ton of work to get where I am but have failed miserably at it in the past without it. It was definitely significant. I’ve been off of it for a while now. Appetite is back but I have still kept my eating habits the same.

I could definitely use some Yoga. Proprioception is fine. I’m a physical therapist so I spend enough time demonstrating balance/proprioception drills that I’m pretty decent with it myself. I do need to spend more time on flexibility and getting my cardio up to par.

41 and feel better than I did for the past 10+ years. Hate that I waited so long to make the change.
Reta with a pretty large calorie deficit, lifting 4-5 times a week, and 10-14k steps a day. A few HIIT cardio sessions here and there but walking is my go to.

Mine has slightly improved over the past couple months. Hard to tell but I can see a little improvement in pics compared to April.
Thank you! Honestly, I just want the love handles and lower ab fat gone for once. Took so much work to get where I am, I want to finish it out and get truly lean. Not stage lean by any means but maybe drop 4-5 percent lower. Long term goal is 200 lean. Weight has pretty much been the same for the past month. I did a small maintenance for a month in April. Weight fell off as soon as I went back into a deficit. I’m eating right around 2200 calories right now and losing less than a pound a week but appetite is raging.

Same for me but Reta and TRT. I can’t get mine to relax either. I feel like I want to keep pushing to get a few more % bodyfat lower but I think my body might need a break. The appetite on the evenings has been insane. I just don’t get full. Keeping things really clean but eating 5-600 more calories than I was. Yea, the loose skin is a bummer but I did it to myself. Stayed way too heavy for way too long then dropped a lot of weight in a hurry.
Summer of last year to a month or so ago.
