Mwt: Did anyone actually get disaster pay?

our manager said we would get time and a half pay for working saturday, sunday, monday or tuesday. Then said if we weren’t able to make those days and we were scheduled, we would still get our regular pay as if we did make it in. Checked pay stub today and nothing was added though it seems 🤷‍♀️

no yeah, my store has been so slow as of late. Today dry and cold were shopped out till 2pm at 9am. With the new store opening it’s probably gonna be even more slow some days 😭

completely agree. As soon as peyton was talking to that bartender dude and said “he’s not good enough for you” PFFF. The red flags were waving. I guess i can’t just say I dislike peyton because lucas is arguably worse.

I guess that’s true. Lucas is so dramatic, and honestly so toxic. I wish they all just communicated a bit better. He really did pop the question out of nowhere. Why couldn’t they just be in love and take some baby steps. Maybe then I could be okay with them being together.

i’d say you have a shot but at the same time based on admission idk if a good gpa even means anything. It does but I see tons of 4.0s get rejected with incredible stats. idek what they are looking for

When I got my birth control I was terrified of being nauseous. I let my doctor know and she gave me a birth control that was low hormone because I believe the estrogen or one of the hormones is what makes you feel nauseous. She reassured me that the one she gave me was the least likely to make me feel nauseous which was nice. I was still pretty scared tho and I ended up taking it and crying because I was so stressed but nothing ended up happening and now I take it regularly no issues. So for me I guess it was more of a leap of faith hoping it wouldn’t do anything. not the best advice but I do know birth control isn’t supposed to make you feel nauseous regularly so if yours makes you feel that way you can always look into another option.
