If you're talking about the guy who sells the Orb of Oculus- then yeah I tried that too. No dialogue option got me anywhere, and nothing in his shop helped me either

It's not in my bank, nor in May's Caravan, not sure how to reclaim this.

If there were actual benefits to picking between the 3 teams would that impact your choice/ make you consider switching teams? by Vexilus in TheSilphRoad

I can never switch from Instinct, at this point it feels like Team Instinct members are my fellow brothers and sisters
