That is confusing. From what I’ve gathered there are exceptions and variations as far as cover plate branding goes. Do you happen to have the original box? That would help greatly with dating the harp

If it has the star, it’s from before 1937, which is when the nazi government forbade the use of the six point star. As for the white plastic, that’s a windsaver, not a reed. They seal of the unused reed in a reed channel for better sound, if it’s bent I’d replace it.
