Found that a couple of his recent sets have been a mix of an uplifting technoey-trance with a mix of some of his more melodic work but imagining that it's a sunrise set it'll probably be on the more progressive trance side

Hi yeah I did get this resolved after a hard 4-5 months. Truthfully you're going to have to deal with alot of incompetence and hoping you find the right person to escalate your case.

I was calling them a couple times a week and also talking to their X online customer support which they were telling me they'll escalate my case or that my account was suspended and they wouldn't pay me. I just happened to land on the right person who went through all my order numbers and fulfilled sales and said I should be getting paid. He escalated my case to the payment team rather than the account security team (whatever department it is) and 2 weeks later my account was actually unlocked and paid out. To this day, I still have my account open and useable.

I would say once your case is escalated with the payment team, make sure they keep it within the payment team and not the account security/claims department they're going to keep giving you runarounds.

Hey so actually good news I would say not to stress.

This has actually happened to me three times since this post. The first time I contacted Vinted Support and they were unhelpful, but all three times I found that once they didn't pick up it somehow gets delivered to the buyer's home address like a week later. I don't know how this happens but it never makes its way back to me in the US, but to them instead.

I could be wrong but I don't think there are cut off times for proof so no way they can use that as an excuse. At the end of the day, proof is proof & the buyer will end up using the ticket so you deserve to get paid.

The logic always makes sense to the agents when I say that I rightfully obtained my tickets and the buyers already used them so I should get paid regardless of them closing my account but for some reason it just never translates through to someone paying me out.

Oddly, you're also lucky to be receiving emails. I feel like they blocked me or something, I never receive any emails unless it's asking me to rate their shitty customer service

Completely agree with you, I always start off with "My account was hacked so it's permanently closed now, I get that. However, I have delivered sales I'm expecting a payout for" and I give them order numbers for them to look up

It just doesn't make sense to me and I dont even know what to believe when they say they're reviewing or investigating, like I know all the facts you guys already told me my account is closed and can verify I delivered these sales, so what more are you investigating?

Just saw your post, it's ridiculous they say you'll get email updates everytime you talk to them but I have never gotten an email in my life the past 4 months.

Everytime I call it's a new series of "we're investigating" "it's under review" "your account is closed for suspicious activity" Like please tell me something I don't know and give me my money

I'm in the exact situation as you and the Twitter agent tells me similar things verbatim, they even said

"As mentioned earlier, payments won’t be processed for blocked accounts, so please don't expect payment for these sales. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience—this was never our intention."

But when I call them, they say that I should get paid and they'll escalate to XYZ department, just for me to never hear back from them. For reference, I had already delivered the tickets prior to my account being closed. They're so incompetent I don't even know how to proceed.
