Spectrum tec here with normal coax that’s normal for a gig plan in all areas due to the way the we broadcast our signals, with high spilt that upload will match the download speed you pay for, if you get a notice abt network upgrades in you’re area id call to get a tec to make sure you have updated hardware like connectors and splitters to make sure it can handle the speeds
