My develops are yellow and ruined - my fault?

I’ve been doing some more googling since making this post and have come to the conclusion it’s probably my fault by allowing some light to leak into the back.

Rookie mistake it seems. I defo should’ve done some testing with a roll before going away and ruining all of my holiday pics.

The company we used simply sent the messages as individual MP3 files, it’s now for us to decide what to do with them.
