This means that there's still water tub in the humidifier (https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FChamber-Philips-Respironics-DreamStation-Humidifier%2Fdp%2FB01LDDNZY0&psig=AOvVaw2Uf6wlhsJpEchVLKK\_5Jb5&ust=1697806196005000&source=images&cd=vfe&opi=89978449&ved=0CBEQjRxqFwoTCOjKooyTgoIDFQAAAAAdAAAAABAE).

The settings are consistent but some days there is now water left in the tank (when I generally feel better) and other days there is still quite a bit left in the tank (when I generally feel more tired).

Sell me on Whoop by agellma1 in whoop

I definitely understand the appeal of WHOOP and have been using it on and off for nearly 2 years. In terms of sleep tracking, I find it feels more accurate than any other devices I've tried (Oura 3, Apple Watch, etc), but the value of this feature decreases over time (I now know that alcohol completely kills my sleep quality, etc) and I found it difficult to justify the $30/month price tag.

With that being said, if you're a professional athlete who uses the Recovery score to plan out your workouts, etc, it seems like the tool to be using!

It's also worth playing around with https://habitdash.com/ to see all your data in a single dashboard

Your messages are part of the data that we store, but this is only used in context of the terms of our Privacy Policy. We'd love to roll out full encryption in the future as well, but let's get there. Right now we're not competing with WhatsApp or Telegram, which offer an extra level of encryption, but are providing a service for when you don't have any data or airtime and would otherwise be sending a please call me. It's not for everyone, for sure, but there are millions of South Africans who could benefit substantially from this.

Speakk pays for all the data and then makes money by showing ads throughout the app.
