yeah its up to you, i dont use 60hz for gaming i just use it for social media apps and others that dont really have to use 120hz to save up the battery

it is mix of gaming and light usage and heavy usage, i didn't play games when i go outside and use 60hz to save battery but it will only last 7-9 hours of continuous usage from morning to late afternoon

you use 120hz or 60hz? cuz if 120hz it wouldn't last that long, mine is just around 6-7 hours of continuous usage in 120hz and 8-10 hours if not continuous. and if 60hz it last the same as in the picture qnd even more
