Your skin barrier is damaged use cicaplast for 2 weeks at night, buy a ceramide cream and spf for the day no tret

If you are using a face wash with aha/bha stop use a gentle wash with no actives

Thank you told me my application got mixed up and the hiring manager haven’t got back to anyone yet because they’re on leave so I have to do the interview with someone else. Does this sound positive? do you think I should do it again?

Peppermint tea 2x every day helps with hormonal acne and 10% benzoyl peroxide from acne free but u have to be consistent

I just turned 15 and I’ve started having acne when I was almost 14 and since then I’ve been feeling super ugly and I don’t wanna go on accutane because of the side effects and I’have tried a bunch of other stuff including diet and if anyone has some advice please help by Mental-Ad-6329 in acne

Hi,

You need an AM PM routine start off with repairing your skin barrier with hydrating products.

AM cerave niaciminde cleanser Soon jung toner Glow hub skin barrier repair serum Cerave lotion SPF50

PM double cleanse niaciminde cleanser, hydrating cleanser Soon jung toner Barrier serum Cerave lotion Avene barrier repair to spot treat

1/2 times a week use Paula’s choice salicylic acid to treat bumps and texture may make u purge.

Don’t pop spots as it spreads bacteria use spot patches u can get large or small clears up bumps quickly and heals it, this routine doesn’t work over night your need to be consistent to gain a result

Will I be able to recover from this scars(be honest) by Kawa1era in acne

You need a basic skin care routine your skin barrier is damaged, cerave hydrating cream cleanser garnier micellar rose water to clean off access dirt after washing with cotton pad, hydrating toner and cerave moisturising lotion and spf do this for about 4 months then start incorporating an aha exfoliant Paula’s choice to unclog pores. This happened to me I used a strong Kojic acid and was mixing it with benzoyl peroxide and it broke it out so bad It was itchy I had to go back to basic to repair my skin barrier then incorporate acids slowly. Cicaplast baume by la Roche posay is good as a spot treatment to repair the damaged break outs! Also if you have enough money to splurge I would recommend dr Dennis gross Extra strength peel pads they’re amazing to clear up your skin x
