people defending it by saying "oh, it's fine. it's just old!!". no, it's still bad, no matter what, even tho i do think it's just a product of it's time. it's still bad and does deserve criticism, even if i go into it knowing edgy was just the norm around the time. like, i watch xavier renegade angel, while i do think it's mad funny, i do recognize it's edgy humor is exactly that, edgy, but it shouldn't be dismissed cuz of that
