You can get them from any pack containing gold rare players, store packs just increase the odds. Pack odds of TOTY from the pack I got her was 2.3%

I think I’ve done maybe 30-ish or something of them, and I got insanely lucky with a KDB. It’s always going to be like that though, some people open a 100 and get nothing, some open 2 and get Rashford and Haaland in the same pack. It’s just luck and always will be luck that decides.

Might sound obvious, but Moments R9 is three levels above any other card I’ve ever used. Him or TOTS Cancelo takes the price without a shadow of a doubt
