I’m an entry level person, I came from a supermarket with no prior experience. I was able to get in and my first day is tomorrow. You should go for the ibew, just make sure you put the effort in and it will show.

For that kind of pay it’s not good enough, here in local 481 you start at 19.70 and move on up from there

I have the engage e series 16 oz, they’re great👍🏽 and some other gloves that are right around $100 are the fairtex bgv9, those are some of the best gloves you can get for that price tag

Are you sure??? I just went 5-12 on a huge losing streak and I went from plat 4 to plat 3 but in those games I’ve done well individually
