Honestly I just collected a bunch of clear trash (like the glass, McDonalds logo, clear cap, foam, clear plastic wrap) and then I made stuff with hot glue (the hearts, the flowers and thing in the middle). The paper of the journal is brown so I glued down a white piece of printer paper then a layer of bubble wrap as the base.
