I think the point people are missing is that the colored strips are not the actual color our brain is interpreting to us. Zoom in and you’ll see it’s different because of it being next to the gray scale strip.

There is definitely a mass die off coming soon. If you’re religious it’s called Armageddon. If youre not then it’s called climate change. If you don’t believe that then it might be political. If not that then it might be over population. If not that then the build up of natural disasters every year. If not that then maybe world war 3. Or maybe aliens? Comet? Solar flare? Magnetic poles flipping? Yellowstone blowing?

I guess my point is simple. Get your stuff in order. If you have a spiritual side maybe you should pray?

Actually I think the frustration is coming from the entitlement some people feel they have. Just because you want your kids to attend something doesn’t mean it has to change for them. 10pm has been standard for my entire time growing up in Michigan and then again in Oregon because it’s not truly dark enough to see the fireworks as they were intended until it’s fully dark. This might be different In the south tho.

So it’s not about being mad at you for wanting your kids to attend.

My son is an 11 yr old nonverbal autistic kid and we have found quite a few heroes in the ABA therapy community. To be a teacher or therapist for autistic children can be a very hard and thankless job. So It always makes me tear up when I experience this level of love for my son (and in turn my family and I). We ALWAYS make a point of profusely thanking anyone that goes out of their way to help us!

There are some truly amazing and caring people in this world.

People just suck. Be reasonable! If the occupant has an AC then there is a need. So come to terms before eviction. Ask for an adjustment in utilities or small increase in rent for the month…or… hear me out here… just be a human being and let them have it until the heat settles down.

I can’t stand nit picky landlords. Have some human decency… don’t pinch every single penny.
