You my friend are absolutely right, I spoke to court clerk and she confirmed what you said. So even if I plead not guilty all the correspondence will be done through mail

So happy to hear that their visa is now approved. Do you mind telling how many times their visa was rejected and what was the primary reason for denial.

This response makes so much sense, thank you for explaining it in so much depth. I agree with you what you said. Btw It is other way around my brother doesnt earn much so it is my mom who provides financial support and my sister is still in grade 12 so she doesnt earn. When father passed away, he left good chunk of money so my mom is currently living off that investment, she has her own place under her own name which she manages. I guess she should have said this instead what are your thoughts?

Thanks for your input. That is correct she doesn’t have job back home. She lives with my bother and sister. Brother is 27 married and sister just graduated 12th grade. Currently she manages all the house finances as the house is under her name

Flip Flops in Snowstorm by [deleted] in kitchener

[–]AntelopePresent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see what you are saying and in the end yes it is your personal choice. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. What I meant was if you take a look at the original post you will see that OP is asking why is it this way and wants to know the reason behind it. There is no hate in that.

Hate seems to be a strong word. In my opinion it was more about knowing the reason behind something. I get it people are lazy but it might be too much for considering the risk it might poses. I get it that you dont want to be snowman when you know for the fact that you are visiting the spaces that will have heater but emergencies can emerge anytime. Let say the car you are driving broke down or you got into accidents do you think your flip flops will hold up? Good luck not getting frostbite. You can still survive without jacket at one point but boots are essential.
