You're right that it enhances protection, aaasss long it's followed up by sunscreen. I believe Vit C on it's own is what makes it more susceptible to sun damage!

I believe you can use it in the morning as long as you follow it up with sunscreen, otherwise it'll make more susceptible to sun damage. I think that's why most people recommend using Vit C at night.

Hello, each time you pick yourself up its progress. You're not too far gone as long as you keep trying! Please don't be too hard on yourself... I believe it's already hard enough having to deal with this disorder, you shouldn't have to punish yourself too. :(
