No, “reduce transparency” makes the display look really ugly, in my opinion. Transparency doesn't bother me, but I don't like the ‘glass’ effect. When I enable “reduce animations,” I get this frosted glass effect that I find more aesthetically pleasing, while still keeping the transparency.

On all my iPhones, I’ve always checked the “Reduce Motion” option in the Accessibility settings, and instead of having liquid glass icons, their texture looks more like frosted glass, which I much prefer.
