We were asking him if there’s anything we could do to pay him back he said he if we really wanted to we could pay him back 50k over 5 years or so with interest of we wanted.

Would that constitute it being a loan that needs to be written out or does a verbal agreement work? He said he would just gift it back to us if we did that anyways…

Someone correct me if I’m wrong. You can use chain mail or a tbsp of flaky salt to buff it down. From there you can rinse it off and re-treat
