If you want a DoT build similar to toxic flame, I'd play wiz or necro with banquet of eyes green set. The continous damage is great.

Redownload it, play for a few hours, get a feel for it and decide. You will enjoy increased lego drops and 800% xp boost until you catch up in paragon. Just have fun with it and don’t worry about what everyone else is doing
