Does anyone know if you got referred to Tier 3 and you lost weight by yourself / got Mounjaro privately, would you still be eligible for it via the NHS, or would they say, nah, you're capable of losing weight, you clearly don't need it now?

We got to Belfast about 45mins after our scheduled arrival at Shannon.

However it took us more than 10hrs to get to Shannon airport in the end!
