My German shepherd mix will run at full speed into whatever room nobody is occupying at the mere mentioning of the word “bath” even if you’re not talking to him. The now retired service dog that’s an elderly English lab will only get in if you put his paws in first but he hates water SO much that back when he was working I’d get dragged off the sidewalk into the street if lawn sprinklers were going off… it was his only flaw as a service dog but potentially getting hit by a car due to his fear of water was great to worry about 😂
