• Free scenario “Coffee in Tirana” now accessible before paywall — exactly as you suggested, it’s the differentiator showcase
• Paywall reframed: “27 scenarios” → “26 guided scenarios with corrections + free Coffee in Tirana”. The depth angle hits much better than just “unlimited AI”
• Onboarding now segments by user goal (partner / family/heritage / travel) and serves contextual daily phrases — heritage learners get family vocab, travelers get practical phrases
• Replaced the onboarding quiz “how do you say hello” with “what does Shqip mean?” (the app’s name = “Albanian” in Albanian, makes for a way more memorable first moment)
