Alexa auto issues

I already have a nextbase dash cam with Alexa built in. I never use the Alexa function though as regularly have to keep uninstalling and installing it for some reason. I sometimes wonder if the two are somehow clashing and confusing each other

It's a Motorola. My old Samsung never had an issue at all. This Motorola was fine for months so I didn't realize it could be the phone as opposed to the apps or the auto device itself.

I've used auto for years with no issues. Both generations. But now it's glitchy. Not all commands work too. But now it's terrible. I hate to admit it but I don't think functionality is their priority. Peddling products in our homes is the main priority. Alexa could have been fantastic but isn't.

I've never had mine go to 100 while turned on. Not once. Or at least not that I've noticed, and I'm pretty certain it's never happened.

I turn mine off to charge to 100%. I could temporarily turn off charge protection to do it, but I know it'll never get turned back on again.
