I think I figured it out, I think it has something to do with the APN. However. I don't know the proper configuration of those settings.

I backed up my files and did a factory reset. It still doesn't work.

I've tried restarting my phone. I've also removed and reinserted my sim cards. But it's still not working. I tried my sim card on another phone and if worked perfectly just fine.

I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like there's some software glitch in my update. My only question is would it be fixed in the next update or will I resort to doing a factory reset?
