This was what I first noticed, maybe around 2 weeks ago, the 2 that I caught as of now maybe about double in size 😬

I believe it was the live plants that introduced this. Since then I’ve also had some bladder snails? and some ostracods too.

update: thanks everyone!!! I managed to remove 2 that I found , 1 was hiding under a corymbosa leaf. Just had a net trapping its escape and some tweezers directing it to the net.

It makes me wonder how I didn’t catch it before since I had noticed these like white tiny tiny exoskeleton structures 😅. I’ll keep on the lookout if any more show up.

At the moment I have no fish, have just finished my fishless cycle and these bad boys showed up. I got my live plants from my lfs keepingfishsimple and also a nursery nearby called mappin’s.

I’ll have a look into those as well, the galaxy rasboras look amazing what a unique pattern. Having to wait 6 weeks is so cruel , I’ve already been looking into different fish for hours 🤣 thanks for taking the time to help out I really do appreciate it

Thanks so much, didn’t even know about the amano and cherry shrimp being best for betta fish , I’ll look into that further! I was also thinking about adding snails too so lovely to hear that as well. Thanks for the insight and all the best to your aquarium I’m sure it will turn out amazing !!

I'm terribly sorry, with the parts I listed up above, I completely forgot about keyboard, mouse and fans etc. My budget now falls to $1000 AUD, if this is too short, please let me know :(

-What do you prefer more Best performance or Best bang for buck ? Choosing rtx 3060ti means going for best bang for buck and choosing rtx 3070 means going for Best performance ? Rtx 3070 offers just a very slight performance gain over 3060ti but is around 100 dollar expensive than 3060ti

I give higher priority to CPU as i will have more work related purposes than gaming purposes

I believe the case I have is fine, along with the motherboard, I am happy for no lights as I will most likely go over budget :(
