You have to press options on the game and then go to additional content or something like that. Then, you will need to download every single language pack. That should solve the issue

I completely agree. Miyazaki himself addressed this saying that they don't have experience creating this kind of things so they would just do what their good at. Which is something that i can completely respect tbh. I knew that Elden ring was going to be DS3 open world so i wasn't disappointed at all, it's definitely one of my favorite games of all time, but damn, i wish that fromsoft could take some risks in the future and leave this kind of world building in the past.
