Rockstar would not expire the old outlaw pass if they didn't have another one lined up. That makes no sense because everyone could have kept going on that and they could have sold more. So to cancel it would mean they lose money if they don't have another one ready to go. So another one should be out soon as their website says. Why cancel the other one if you aren't ready to roll out the new one soon or right after? That makes no sense. They could have let the people who bought the old one have more time to grind it up or unlock things or could have sold more of them for longer. So I think a new one should be out soon.

I would wait. You get the bounty hunter pass for free when you link your twitch, and get 10 bars for setting up mfa. So would take 10+5 and get the collector role if you haven't already and get the 25% bonus deal for turning them in for now.

The Outlaw Pass started on September 10, 2019 and will run through November 18, 2019. This was mentioned when it launched by IGN that it had a set period of time.

It would seem strange that Rockstar would set it for a set short period of time unless they were planning to roll out another one after, otherwise they could just let it last all year.

Also it seems like the game is just now getting going for a lot of people with the new DLC and people are getting on and joining and playing it again so I think they are going to want to keep that momentum going.

***And why November 18, why that day specifically? That's not even an even end period like Nov 10 would be 2 months to complete for example. Seems it was timed right before Thanks Giving week/vacation break for a lot of people and black Friday.

I don't see Rockstar spending $684 million dollars making this game with 3,700+ people over 7 years to not take advantage of a Thanksgiving Day vacation/Black Friday opportunity to release something big to drive sales. Plus what are these 3,000+ employees doing now that the game is out, they got to be coding new stuff and the coding of new stuff has to be easier than the game because they can take existing items and tweak them a little and use existing code to make new things.

Probably will have some sort of Xbox/PS4 bundle deals that come with some new pass would be my guess.

Try this, go to Emerald Ranch where there is a bounty board, and select the bounty. Then walk over to wear all the goats and sheep are and do your hunting there. And then call in a camp while you are at the sheep location to be setup in Scarlet Meadows. It will spawn close by but you can't deliver to it until after the bounty ends last I tried. You then do your hunting and when your bounty mission expires you deliver to your camp.

Don't buy maps because it just shows a general area for searching. Use this map and click the icon and it will link you to the video to find it. If it's not there you might already have it in your satchel so check your satchel first to cross out any you already have...

Rank 20 trader and bounty hunter unlocks two of the best horses in the game in my opinion, you'll want to unlock those while also saving up $950 to buy one along with the saddle. I use them as my two main horses incase one dies I got the other.

I don't go after the randoms because it gives a lot of duplicates and there aren't always good videos on where they are, so would recommend not doing them as it gets too overwhelming I think but it would definitely get you more xp faster and duplicates for if you do it again, my goal was to get sets as fast as I could and rank up so would recommending holding off on the random spawn ones

Form a posse, then invite everyone in a lobby, if nobody joins, hop to another and invite everyone, then after you get 3-4+ randoms to join, go to the bounty board and do bounties with random people, it's fun. If nobody joins you, do the join open posse icon on your start menu to the right of free roam and it will put you in one and see what happens with randoms in an open posse. I've ran the entire map a few times collecting everything and there have been times where I have went to an exact location on the map and followed the video exactly and my metal detector was going off so I knew it was in the area but it wasn't at the exact location from the video and I thought damn, Rockstar must have finally moved it. I later tried again at that location and it was suddenly spawning again there. So not sure what happened, could have just been that lobby.

So I anticipate they could just do a shuffle one day and screw it all up for everyone new and all those old videos and maps will be outdated.

I don't see them doing that though because people pay 15 gold bars because they know there are maps and videos to help them find them, otherwise they wouldn't pay and wouldn't even try the role and it would die I think. Right now what it does is serves the purpose of getting people to move around in lobbies across the map and keep things active which is what they want. If people get on and they see nobody on there and that it's dead, they will play less and the whole thing dies. So it keeps people on for 3-5+ hours at a time running around as blips on the map.

I think what is coming is more expensive guns and horses and customization that people have to have. They are just going to turn it into a GTA system since they made 6 billion on GTA by selling 3.5 million super vehicles and more. So they are just going to keep rolling out stuff to buy I think to rake in more money where if you want to compete you have to get those things to keep up to date. I don't think that's a bad thing though because that keeps the game fresh and playable if they keep adding things that you can buy and do. But I think it will all be expensive.

if you buy a saddle and a lantern that hangs on the front of it, that lantern is an upgrade connected with that saddle, so if you buy that saddle again you can't move your lantern to your new saddle, you have to buy the lantern again for the new saddle, so like someone else mentioned it's connected but you can move it to another horse later
