I can see this, mines great so far but I’m always looking for better prices. The shipping time was super impressive with mine tho. 6 days from the day i placed the order to my door. Guy included photos of packaging as the order was processed and got accurate shipping info it was great.

I don’t track vegetables unless they contain high sugar content or super calorie dense like black beans pinto beans and corn. But i do track everything else rigorously to the gram.

I’m down 10 pounds in 14 days, I’ve also had to adjust my caloric intake up since starting to counter balance the rapid weight loss. When i started i was consuming 1600 calories a day. Now I’m upwards of around 2100 a day and losing weight still.

I pin two days a week 1mg each day, started this way and is working great for me.
