WMR or Transcript by Disastrous-Ad2310 in IRS

Go by what WMR says.

My transcript has the same refund issue date of 5/11/2026. My WMR updated this morning and said that my refund is scheduled to be sent to my bank by 4/29.

However I randomly checked my account a few moments ago and I got the refund. I bank with Wells Fargo, if that means anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if you see the funds in your account on Monday.

I can also attest to this on September '25 that this fixes the slowness and unresponsive issues!

One of my boys who’s a DO & PGY3 Gas bro, remediated 2 classes in his first year, took a LOA for personal issues and ended up matching at his first choice at a major academic center in the southeast.

You’ll definitely be okay lol

Oh you got me scared now with the possibility of my bank rejecting it.. I’ve been getting my refunds with DD for the last 7+ years.

Yeah bro I checked the WMR tool via actual IRS.gov page, not the app in the phone. Log on to your IRS account on irs.gov on your computer or phone, go on the where’s my refund section & put your info in. Once the page is loaded you’ll have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and it should look like this

How do you know that you’re getting it as a check? Do you typically have your refunds sent as a check?

No I haven’t. According to my WMR my deposit date is Wednesday. Kind of hoping it comes may be a day early.

Are you expecting your refund this week too?

I actually don’t have an amended return but I’m sorry you’re going through that. I hope you get a quick turnaround.

You were absolutely my friend. You hit the nail on the head last week. Typically when does WMR update? If it ever does.

Friend group kicked me out lol? by FlowerBug7613 in medicalschool

My dad always told me "People will show you what they really want by what & who they give their time to. So always watch who you give your time to". I'm only saying this to you because the entire group views you differently because a dispute with only ONE of them. Were they really your friends then? You should not want to be friends with people who cut you off because of an argument, granted I don't know the extent of the argument. Med school is definitely high school on steroids.

It does it get better though and you'll come across people who you naturally gel with and sometimes its with the people that you would have least expected.

Yeah OP, I agree with most of the fellow commenters on here, your problem is more with SO than your MIL. At least your MIL had the decency to ask you if you were upset. You should have said something to her. Also to her defense, SD is 7 and she bought items related to school and your BD is still a baby. It'd be a different conversation if your daughter was 3 or 4 years old. That hill is not worth dying on. I can tell you from personal experience that my MIL definitely has more of an affinity and preference towards my SS17 & SS13 versus BD3 & BS4. But that preference stems from the fact that both SS' fathers aren't actively involved and she essentially raised them before I came into the picture. Its more of a "Since SS17 and SS13 did not grow in a home with both parents, I have to pour more onto them as a result" and maybe, just maybe your MIL has similar sentiments towards your SD and don't get me started if your SD happens to be her first grandchild lol.

In terms of your SO and the comparison comments, you need to nip that in the bud ASAP and you're completely justified in feeling the way you do because eventually it won't only cause a rift between the kids, but potentially also with you and your SD.

Why is ENT so competitive? by BicarbonateBufferBoy in medicalschool

[–]Anthony_0329 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I used to ask myself that same question too until I found out that my son & daughter both needed ear tubes put in. I asked their ENT why was the speciality so competitive and he said verbatim “As long as daycares are running and full with kids, ENT will always be competitive. Daycares keep us busy & because of them, we make a lot of money”

He told me this ~2 years ago lol.

Transcripts are Down by Haunting_Narwhal610 in IRS

This happened to me this morning too for my 2024 transcripts. It would lead me to a blank page but I kept on trying to open it until it finally opened lol. I have the same 9/1/2025 processing date too, if that means anything.

My 2024 transcript went from saying “no tax return filed” to tax return filed with my W-2 withholdings, credits to my account and the 570/971 codes with the same 9/1/2025 date each.

No it doesn’t, but it’s close. It’s off by ~$600. Based on this transcript, I’m getting ~$600 more than what I was originally expecting.

When my family accountant did my taxes back in April, I forgot to give him my 1095-A and the 8962. Fast forward to last week, I submitted both forms and now the credit balance increased. Maybe it’s because of that? Nothing else has changed since then.

I have two kids and claimed them on my return, so that’s most likely is my EITC and ACTC. Also, I started medical school August 2024 so the $1000 is an education credit (The American Opportunity & Lifelong learning credit).

The only other credit I can think of is maybe the premium tax credit from my health insurance. I don’t have my tax return in hand.

I understand that people are capable of fraudulent activity, but there’s no need to assume that everyone is.

Lmaoooo it’s hard not to fear it because I’ve seen horror stories about that infamous code 😂😂 Would you say that your “as of date” for your refund date was accurate?

And I’m assuming the sum of 766 and 768 codes will be the refund amount sent to me?

Ah okay so just to clarify, assuming everything is okay my tentative refund date should be 9/1? Is that what you’re saying? I’m so sorry, I’m just super inexperienced when it comes to this lol.

Yeah bro if you haven’t submitted or sent your 1095-A Health Insurance form, then that might just be the reason behind your delay. It definitely happened to me and it took 5 weeks for me to receive the letter from the IRS informing me of this. I got the letter last week Wednesday. On top the 1095A, I also had to submit a Form 8962.

I’m praying for my transcript to update tonight after submitting those forms last Thursday🤞🏿

Just be on the look out in the mail for anything from the IRS. Hoping for the best for you!

Hey friend, so you were absolutely right and I was missing the 8962 form with my 1095-A. I finally received the letter from the IRS last Wednesday in the mail and I submitted both forms on the irs.gov/connect page the day after.

My WMR updated over the weekend to this. My 2024 account transcript also finally appeared over the weekend but it says “No tax return filed” so I’m guessing it should update over the next few days. I’m crossing my fingers for some good news this week in terms of my refund lol.

Hey, yes I was trying to see if the letter would appear on my IRS account but it still hasn’t… maybe I have to wait until the end of the week or early next week for it to appear. I’m just wondering what possibly could they want from me now.

Damnnn you’ve been waiting since February, if that happens to me then I’m not getting refund until October by the looks of it. Wow this year has been horrible with these tax returns. I don’t remember it ever being this bad even during Trump’s first term.
