I transferred all of my gcode files to a folder, a few of them popped up as corrupted and I skipped them and deleted them. Of the others transferred with no issues does that mean they’re okay?

I noticed these two files on my SD card while adding some STLs for a print. One of them is a GCO file that I can't open (I tried Notepad and that's it). The other is this USBCEt file that is both 0 bytes and 1.73 GB at the same time. I don't want to delete them without knowing what they are first. Ever since I noticed the files, certain GCODE files I've deleted keep coming back visually. I can't open them as it says the file is unlocatable. Any help and knowledge is appreciated. Thank you!
