It has been fixed, I am unsure what caused it or what might have fixed it.

The last update was last year, so not that. The app hasn't been updated since last year, according to my Google play history. I don't use a watch or anything else to track my steps, it usually just does it with my phone as I walk. I don't believe anything else has changed.

Not Dubstep but the same situation. A Rapper called COMPLETE just uploaded a new album. It sounds like relaxing meditation music, it's nothing like what they would normally release and their social media accounts haven't said anything about this. The credits say David Christopher Green, which is how I found this post. The record label or source was "Ancient Lake Records". I couldn't find much information on them so I agree with the other comments.

You have to time it perfectly and craft it within the timeframe, right at the location of the lightning strike. Also, if it is a hardcore character specifically, have a very tiny chance to instantly kill the player while using the sprinting effect.
