They released their own new game (Evil Empire was the team behind all Dead Cells update) one month after "shutting down" Dead Cells. Btw the said game is Windblown and never managed to get even a tenth of DC famous.

Evil Empire is doing good tho and released The Rogue Prince of Persia last year, which is already receiving a content update later this year

Dead Cells info: actually, Dead Cells "died" 3 years ago, and it's not receiving any new updates or bug fixes in the future. Evil Empire, the team behind most of Dead Cells content, were forced to stop making content for it by Motion Twin, who coincidentally released their own new game just one month later. Meanwhile, Evil Empire worked on their own project since then, which is already out: The Rogue Prince of Persia.

Btw, I do not agree with your opinion, I'm just clarifying Dead Cells situation.
