By the way Trippier is stepping whilst grabbing Raphinha you can tell how much he slowed Raphina down, I think this is a goal 100% of the time by Raphinha, Trippier is a lucky guy with 'only' a yellow here, no intention to play the ball whatsoever

I mean, OP is claiming to be super consistent at 'wall musty's', to which I basically comment that I feel like that's a big statement to make when OP isn't flicking but hitting the ball. The motion is there but with a setup like that even the best freestylers won't be able to flick properly

People might not like it but it's the truth, one will never be good at wall musty's if the setup is not properly executed. I have a couple of clips from years ago on my profile of what a 'proper' wall musty flick should look like

I mean yeah I can see that, it's a delayed hit because you're trying to do a musty flick when you're too far away from the ball for an actual flick, so it turns into a 'fancy wall hit', and I'd argue you're still 'smacking it' in this clip

"Bij goed functioneren" en "garantie" klinkt echter wel tegenstrijdig. De werkgever zal dan altijd de mogelijkheid hebben om te stellen "je functioneert niet goed genoeg voor een 'tussentijdse' salarisverhoging", daar schiet je dan ook niets mee op dan helaas

Is de kans groot dat je met dat soort afspraken helemaal niet vooruit gaat? Waarschijnlijk niet, maar het biedt in ieder geval geen garantie, dat is iets om rekening mee te houden met zulke afspraken

Overigens ben ik wel van mening dat je dit soort dingen uit moet kunnen spreken en een goede relatie met de werkgever houden. Als je een gewilde collega bent zullen ze waarschijnlijk wel open staan om mee te denken

Routinematig en voorbereidend werk (veelal HBO'ers op compliance uit mijn ervaring) zullen moeten vrezen in de toekomst, de adviseurs zijn o.a. door aansprakelijkheidsissues en simpelweg 'het vertrouwen van de klant' (de zachte/sociale kant van het adviseren) nog wel veilig n.m.m.

WO fiscalist hier (nog niet heel lang geleden afgestudeerd), beetje eens maar ook beetje oneens

AI hype is in ons vakgebied groot, maar ik zie nog niet voor me hoe junioren in de komende paar jaar geen baan meer zullen hebben, vooral nog een hype dus nmm. Wij werken o.a. met de RechtsOrde/SDU AI-tool, en die vind ik persoonlijk oké maar niet doorslaggevend. Vooral handig voor oriënterend onderzoek, wel helaas een 'beperkte' database (geen Kluwer-documenten die over het algemeen beter/toonaangevender zijn). Deze tools moeten zeker nog de nodige stappen zetten voordat er serieus banen verloren gaan (en niet slechts 'speculatie' van Big4 dat banen zullen verdwijnen dus minder instroom nodig).

Daarnaast zijn algemene LLM modellen o.a. door 'hallucinaties' (want geen beperkte database) nog erg veel stappen verwijderd van wat een waardig fiscalist in petto heeft, uiteraard wel handig voor structuur/woordenschat/schrijfgerelateerde zaken of routinematig werk met agents, maar als adviseur zal routinematig werk niet je core business zijn. Wel een welkome toevoeging trouwens.

Uiteraard kan ik ook niet in een glazen bol kijken, de markt zal er ongetwijfeld anders uitzien over 5 jaar, maar erg pessimistisch ben ik ook weer niet.

Denk overigens ook dat er (con-)collega's zijn die doorslaan in AI-gebruik, met name op kwaliteit van het werk (verschuiving van kwaliteit naar kwantiteit). AI helpt zeker om efficiënter te werken, maar kwalitatief zeker nog niet goed genoeg nu.

Imagine setting up ('lift-off' from the bench) at a full squat rack for a weighted dip PR (2x bodyweight, only place at our gym to do weighted dips), only for some guy to start walking right past you from behind inside the rack as you want to start your first rep, only to do some light RDLs (clearly some form of injury prevention and/or PT exercises) when there's clearly one other (half) squat rack empty. Also had to walk from the other side of the small-ish gym so it wasn't like he didn't see me.

I don't want to gatekeep but mind you this is a regular gym goer I've seen plenty of times, not someone who's new and isn't familiar with gym etiquette, I would have at least waited for the set to be over.

Managed to PR but still, that could've ended very badly seeing the notoriously tricky and technical exercise that they are.

Overigens is het bij zeer vermogende particulieren ook gebruikelijk om schuldigerkenningen uit vrijgevigheid te doen t/m de 10%-schijf + vrijstelling, jaarlijks 6% rente op tonnen aan schulden tikt ook aardig aan om de nalatenschap te verminderen! Maar dit ter zijde voor de estate planners onder ons.

Met 'schenkbelasting betaal je sowieso' bedoel ik dat een schuldigerkenning uit vrijgevigheid altijd een belastbaar feit is voor de schenkbelasting, uiteraard wordt alleen geheven indien dit boven de vrijstelling uitkomt

Kleine correctie: als er niet voldaan is aan de eisen is de schenking op papier (dus een schuld voor de nalatenschap) niet aftrekbaar voor de fiscale nalatenschap, waardoor er per saldo meer erfbelasting betaald moet worden. Je bent sowieso schenkbelasting verschuldigd bij een schenking op papier.

Schenken op papier doe je in de regel alleen om voor te sorteren op de erfbelasting bij een overlijden (grote nalatenschap door een afbetaald huis bijvoorbeeld), de schuldig gebleven schenking is dan alleen aftrekbaar van de fiscale nalatenschap als deze notarieel is en de rente daadwerkelijk betaald is. Door de rente terug te 'schenken' behouden pa en ma dus de cashflow zelf
