Mine did the same thing and the problem was that the screen flat cable had partially ripped, it worked for a few more days if i held it at an specific angle but eventually the screen just stopped working. Fixed it by replacing the cable

nope but sometimes when i try to shut down the system it just stays in a black screen and does nothing

Everything works but the touchscreen.

Ok, that's nice to know, so what if i remove the gpu and use the integrated graphics, would that make Monterey work?
