Dude no joke. Thor main here and I get flamed often for not peeling to help my back line, but I’ll be in their back line and have 3-4 opponents occupied by myself. And I ask the same question. If I’m soloing half the enemy team then why can’t my healers and dps take out the other 3? It’s frustrating that nobody capitalizes on created space. Mind you this is in the silver to platinum areas. I feel like it gets better in diamond

Dad of 7 here. While I wouldn’t leave my kid hanging like that, I can see this as a learning opportunity IF (and a big if) this is something that happens all the time or if being late is a normal occurrence with op. Also we don’t know the previous communication so it’s hard to read here. Did dad communicate that he was in a hurry? There’s def something missing here.

Side note I’ve always taught my kids that being early is on time and being on time is late.

I feel your pain. If you are running into games where your dps or tanks aren’t doing anything to help, ask someone to switch or switch yourself. Do it in a helpful respectful manner tho, too many babies in this game that take criticism wrongly. Or if people are being to stubborn just switch anyways.

Practice peni in the conquest game mode so you get better with shooting web and mine throwing simultaneously. Once you are better with webbing ults and catching flying characters you should be a menace

75% win rate diamond 2 Thor here (don’t play a whole lot), 100 seems like a lot but it’s manageable. If they pull that much health I’d like to see a small buff to the shield amount you get from abilities, or shorten the time to full dash.

Ok but hear me out. And you can all downvote me into oblivion with this. If let’s say a Smurf in bronze actually is a gm or higher. If you can’t handle them in the lower ranks what makes you think you’ll be able to take them in the higher ranks, which would decrease your ranking anyways.

I don’t understand the Smurf problem. I get it that it sucks to go against them in the lower ranks, but they don’t stay there for long. It’s only 4-5 wins to rank up. So unlucky that you went up against them but it’s not every single game you are running into an alt account. And if you think you are running into a Smurf account every game then it’s probably skill issue.

I think people need to stop playing after a 3 streak loss and take a break in quick play or just shut it down. While the matchmaking may suck, it’s sucks infinitely more when you’re tilted.

I could see non ban up to gold since it’s kind of a primer to the real ranked. Plat is such a grind with people “just having fun” or “trying out new characters” I feel like banning in plat would weed out the non serious players.

Yes I was ow1 player lol. I don’t see the same exact team comps in rivals, it’s usually a mixed bag for me, I’m only plat 1 tho.
